Use the supplier Agent to review Pipeline priorities, update private responses and Post-Buy drafts, inspect Orders and correspondence, and keep commitments under human control.

The supplier Agent helps sales teams understand incoming work and prepare private drafts. It uses the signed-in person, active supplier workspace, permissions, current page, and relevant Tap records as context.
A concrete request with inventory, rates, estimates, delivery figures, or corrections normally gives the Agent enough direction to prepare or update a private draft. Say review only or make no changes when you want analysis without an edit.
The Agent does not replace the person responsible for a commercial commitment. It cannot submit or withdraw responses, submit Post-Buy results, publish a Deal, send a buyer message, or confirm or decline an Order.
From Home, ask the Agent to review the recent Pipeline across accessible clients and stations. It can bring together response drafts and submissions, supplier-visible Orders, deadlines, owners, and recent activity, then lead with the work that needs attention. If the returned list is limited, the Agent should state that scope instead of presenting it as a complete portfolio audit.
For a selected station workspace, the Agent can read the buyer request, supplier-visible correspondence, and complete Order details. It distinguishes a submitted response from a private replacement draft, an Ordered request waiting for a decision from a Confirmed commitment, and projected Order totals from submitted Post-Buy actuals.
Ask for suggested buyer-facing wording when a follow-up is needed. The wording remains private in Agent chat until a person sends it through the station conversation. Unread activity alone does not prove who owes the next action.
On a station workspace, the Agent can read the immutable RFP request, inspect the private response, add grounded options, and save a private working draft. New TV options use one exact program, one calendar day, and one local time window. Radio options preserve the sourced daypart and local windows. It can also apply a concise supplier-stated rate, projected-impression, or availability correction to existing options while preserving everything else.
Select Upload private file to Tap above the private Tap AI composer for a response source. Tap supports PDF, XLS, XLSX, XLSM, XLSB, ODS, CSV, TSV, and XML. When several supported files are attached, name the exact file to process. Wait for upload to finish before sending the chat message.
The Agent uses the buyer request, attached files, station Memories, and your words as evidence. It should leave an unsupported rate, projected impression, availability state, program, or time window incomplete. Source files and private Agent chat do not become buyer-visible when the response is submitted.
A private save does not submit anything. A person with Submit responses must review and send the response in the product.
On the active station workspace, the Agent can read a Confirmed Order and stage a private Post-Buy draft from a matching delivery file. It preserves missing source rows as unknown and separates projected terms from actual spots, impressions, and cost.
Detailed Post-Buy drafting is available only on the applicable station workspace. A summary on Home can identify follow-up work, but it cannot submit the report. Submission remains a separate supplier action after the flight and review requirements are satisfied.
Subject to current permissions and page context, the Agent can create or update station records, work with routing rules, prepare private Deal drafts, search station knowledge, manage ordinary Memories when asked, and search the published user guide.
Approval-configured inventory and routing changes display their own approval card. Publishing, quoting, revising, withdrawing, or confirming a Deal stays in the Deal workspace.
Use the model selector in the composer. The current choices are GPT-5.6 Sol, GPT-5.6 Terra, Claude Opus 5, and Claude Sonnet 5. New conversations start with GPT-5.6 Sol.
A different choice belongs to that conversation. It does not change supplier permissions, source requirements, or the actions that stay under human control.
Name the exact Campaign, station workspace, station, Deal, or Order when several records are similar. Open the relevant page when the command is limited to that context, attach the supporting file, and ask the Agent to read the matching guide page in full when you need product instructions.
