From the campaign's Media list, choose Add media and select a medium or Any media. Describe the objective, audience, market, flight, deliverables, and any exclusions. Add a response deadline and an optional sourcing budget. TV and radio public briefs also use structured broadcast goals.
Choose Public RFP to make your sent brief discoverable by suppliers offering that medium. Any media reaches suppliers across categories. Matching suppliers that join later can discover an open request before its deadline. Discovery does not guarantee a response.
Choose Private RFP to select one eligible supplier. Search by its name and check the organization. Only that supplier receives access and an in-app notification. Private TV and radio requests use station selection in the Shared RFP flow.
The brief and any included sourcing budget become visible to the intended supplier audience. Private Plan discussion, sibling requests, and other suppliers' responses stay separate.
For a private CTV, digital audio, podcast, digital display, digital video, or static OOH request, choose a supplier first. Use Choose inventory (optional) to search its buyer-visible listings and select the brands or placements you want quoted.
You can send a general brief without selecting inventory. Selected listings are sourcing context, not reservations. Changing the supplier or medium requires checking your selection again. Tap rechecks eligibility at send time and retains the selected names with the sent brief.
Wait for the draft to save. Check the exact brief, recipient audience, budget, dates, deadline, and selected inventory. Choose Send and review the confirmation before sending. A saved draft remains buyer-private. If another teammate has changed it, reload and review their version before proceeding.
Each supplier can submit options with a concrete medium, placement, market, flight, currency, and pricing basis, such as CPM, per spot, per insertion, per day, or fixed. Compare the same units and dates before evaluating value. Use the private supplier conversation after its first submission to clarify terms.
Mark reviewed to acknowledge one exact revision. A replacement response needs a fresh review. Review does not accept terms, reserve media, or commit spend. Open RFP responses do not yet create Tap Orders; confirm the next commercial step with the supplier.
The deadline removes the request from discovery. Suppliers that already started responding may submit late while the request and Plan remain open. Closing stops new submissions and messages while retaining history and response withdrawal. Closing is not cancellation of a separate Order.
