For the most accurate and current campaign information, users should create an account on the Tap platform or contact the relevant media supplier directly.

4. Automated Planning and AI Tools

Certain areas of the Site may allow users to generate campaign ideas, media plans, audience suggestions, or pricing estimates using automated tools, artificial intelligence systems, or algorithmic planning models operated by Tap.

These tools are intended to demonstrate how the Tap platform may assist with campaign planning and media discovery.

Actual campaign availability, pricing, and delivery are confirmed only after a user creates a Tap account and places a campaign order within the platform or contacts the relevant media supplier directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, design elements, and software, is owned by or licensed to Tap and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • View and print reasonable portions of the Site for personal or internal informational use

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify Site content without prior written permission
  • Use Tap trademarks, trade names, or branding without authorization
