Contact the Tap.co LLC team for help with your account, campaigns, or connected AI tools.

Tell us what happened

Include the action you were trying to complete, the message you saw, and whether you were using Tap or a connected AI tool. Keep passwords, sign-in codes, and access tokens out of your message.

Help with account access

Sign in with the email address associated with your Tap account or invitation. If you cannot access your organization, ask its administrator to check your membership or contact our support team. You can email us without signing in.

Connecting your buyer account

Connect using an existing Tap buyer account. Each connection acts in one buyer organization. If your account belongs to more than one buyer organization and you cannot connect, contact support for help selecting the right organization.
