Review supplier Deals and opportunities

Use For you, My deals, and All deals to find supplier opportunities, ask for a private quote, message the supplier, and send an Order.

What appears in Opportunities

Opportunities contains supplier-created Deals delivered to your buyer workspace. A Deal can be public to eligible signed-in agency buyers or sent directly to selected contacts. Each delivery keeps its own views, response, private conversation, quote, and Order history.

A Deal is not an RFP response. The supplier starts it, chooses the property and commercial structure, controls the closing time, and decides whether it is public or direct.

Use the three views

  • For you ranks open Deals against your current workspace context and groups useful topics. Recommendations help you scan; they do not accept or order anything.
  • My deals shows Deals you have responded to.
  • All deals searches the complete recent feed and keeps closed history below open Deals.

Search by supplier, property, title, summary, status, or a generated topic. Clear the query and topic filter when the feed appears empty.

Review the full terms

Open an opportunity to check:

  • the supplier, property, revision, and closing time;
  • the supplier message and attached public files;
  • Avails and weekly windows, or sponsorship periods;
  • published rates, if the supplier chose to show them;
  • a recipient-specific private quote, if one exists;
  • response, conversation, quote, and Order status.

A Private quote applies only to your delivery and can replace the published rates for the listed Avails. Check its version before building the Order.

Respond or message the supplier

Use the response control to state interest or ask for a private quote. Use Send message when the question needs a conversation. Every delivery has a private thread between the buyer recipient and supplier.

Responding moves the Deal into My deals. It does not create an Order and does not guarantee inventory.

Build and send an Order

Choose whole-spot quantities from the offered Avails. Tap calculates the media amount and displays the Tap booking fee before the Order is sent. If a private quote is active, the Order uses those recipient-specific rates.

Sending the Order sends the selected spots to the supplier for confirmation. The supplier confirms or declines the whole Order. While it remains Ordered, you can withdraw it. A confirmed or declined decision is final for that Order.

If a Deal is closed, withdrawn, expired, or superseded, its history stays readable but new responses, quotes, and Order sends are disabled.
