Open Open RFPs in the supplier workspace. Public requests match your organization's offered media; Any media requests are available across supplier categories. Private requests are visible only to their selected eligible supplier. Use Manage offered media to check your organization's categories.
You can respond without owning station inventory. The right organization-level permissions are still required to create, edit, or submit a response.
Read the published objective, audience, market, flight, deadline, disclosed budget, and any selected inventory. Inventory selections describe what the buyer wants quoted; they are not reservations.
Start a response and add independently understandable options. Identify the concrete medium, placement, market, flight, currency, and pricing basis. Provide the price and supporting terms appropriate to CPM, per-spot, per-insertion, per-day, or fixed pricing. An Any media brief still needs a concrete medium on each option.
Drafts autosave privately for your organization. Other suppliers and the buyer cannot see unfinished work. Verify every price, projection, and availability claim before submission.
Explicitly submit to create an immutable buyer-visible revision. Private buyer–supplier correspondence opens after the first submission. Other suppliers cannot read your response or that conversation.
You can submit a replacement revision or withdraw a response while preserving its history. The buyer may mark one exact revision reviewed. That acknowledgement is not acceptance of your terms or an Order.
A new response workspace must start before the discovery deadline. An established responder may submit late while the request and Plan remain open. Closing the request stops new submissions and correspondence but preserves history and withdrawal. Losing media eligibility retains your history while blocking further edits and submissions.
Open RFP responses do not yet create Tap Orders or reserve inventory. Agree the next commercial step with the buyer. Use the dedicated station or DOOH workflow when an Order is supported there.
