Use a Print sourcing brief to request publication proposals. Describe specific titles when known or ask suppliers to recommend a package for your audience.
Open the campaign, choose Add media, and select Print. Choose Public RFP for discovery by eligible suppliers or Private RFP for one named supplier. Set the response deadline and review what the recipient can see, including any disclosed budget.
Print sourcing does not require a station listing or inventory selection. Compare the quoted insertion dates and pricing basis before evaluating the total.
Save the draft, review the exact brief and recipients, and explicitly send. Drafting does not contact suppliers or reserve inventory.
Check the quoted medium, placement, geography, flight, currency, pricing basis, and included deliverables. Ask the supplier to clarify missing terms in the private response conversation. Mark reviewed acknowledges the exact revision; a replacement submission needs another review.
These Open RFP responses do not yet create Tap Orders. Agree the next commercial step with the supplier. See public and private RFPs for response, deadline, and closure rules.
