Find your account settings

Buyers open Settings from the account menu. Profile, company, and other settings sit as sections on one page. Suppliers see two separate destinations from the account menu: Profile for personal settings and Settings for the organization's company profile.

Edit your personal profile

Your profile holds the details Tap and your teammates use to identify you:

  • Profile picture: upload an image up to 8 MB. Tap crops it to a square.
  • Name: your first and last name, shown to teammates and suppliers.
  • Email address: read-only here. Email changes are managed through your sign-in account.
  • Phone number: your direct contact number.
  • Role: your role within the company, such as media director.
  • Preferred language: choose a language or leave it on the app default.

Below your editable details, Tap shows your account type and account ID as reference information. Use the account ID when contacting Tap support.

Profile changes save only after you choose Save profile.

Update your company profile

The company profile covers your organization's shared identity: logo, company name, category, and business address (street, city, and state or region). Tap also displays a workspace ID for reference.

On supplier teams, editing the company profile requires Org settings. Buyer teams see the same organization-level permission as Edit company. Without it, the fields remain read-only and a teammate with that access must make the change.

Delete or reactivate your account

Deleting your account is a self-service action available from your profile settings. You confirm it by typing your account email address into a dialog, which guards against an accidental click.

  1. Open the delete dialog

From Delete your account, choose Delete account to open the confirmation dialog.

  2. Confirm your email

Enter the account email shown in the dialog, then choose Delete account again to confirm.

  3. You are signed out

Tap signs you out immediately. Your account is marked deleted, not immediately erased.

Your organization's company profile is not deleted when you delete your own account. Before deleting, confirm that another teammate can still manage the company profile.

Supplier teams can review Org settings in manage your team and permissions. Buyers manage Edit company from Team in Settings.
