Suppliers can send you a private TV or radio Deal without waiting for an RFP. Open Opportunities to review offers sent to you.
Check the station, programs or dayparts, dates, spot lengths, and any expiry date. Read the supplier's notes and attached information. Choose I’m interested and add a note to ask a question, or choose Pass if it is not a fit.
Interest starts the conversation. It does not reserve media or commit you to a purchase.
Some Deals show rates immediately. If rates are not shown, ask the supplier for a private quote before preparing an Order. Confirm that the quote is still current and covers the options you want.
Deals on Tap are net of agency fees. The supplier's media price excludes agency commission. The applicable Tap platform fee is shown in the buyer Order total. Keep your client pricing and agency fees separate from the supplier's net rates; read client budgets and fees for how campaign proposals handle them.
Choose the offered options and quantities you want. Check the schedule, rates, total, and supplier before sending. The Order awaits the supplier's decision until they confirm or decline it.
You can withdraw an Order before confirmation. If you need different terms, discuss them with the supplier before sending another Order.
A Deal Order is separate from campaign RFPs and client proposals. It does not include the campaign Creative or Post-Buy stages. Agree creative delivery and reporting directly with the supplier, and keep the relevant details in your conversation.
