A podcast brief should explain whether you want named shows, an audience-led package, or a recommendation. Show representation alone does not confirm a placement for your flight.
Open the campaign, choose Add media, and select Podcast. Choose Public RFP for discovery by eligible suppliers or Private RFP for one named supplier. Set the response deadline and review what the recipient can see, including any disclosed budget.
For Katz podcast sourcing, select Katz Media and Podcast, then choose relevant listings or send a general brief asking for recommendations. Confirm exact shows and formats in the response.
Save the draft, review the exact brief and recipients, and explicitly send. Drafting does not contact suppliers or reserve inventory.
Check the quoted medium, placement, geography, flight, currency, pricing basis, and included deliverables. Ask the supplier to clarify missing terms in the private response conversation. Mark reviewed acknowledges the exact revision; a replacement submission needs another review.
These Open RFP responses do not yet create Tap Orders. Agree the next commercial step with the supplier. See public and private RFPs for response, deadline, and closure rules.
See Request Katz media for represented inventory and supplier selection.
