Review notifications

Notifications collects recent buyer-side activity from shared transaction and relationship surfaces. The navigation badge helps you see when unread activity exists.

Open a notification to return to its destination, such as an RFP Exchange, supplier Deal, or relationship message. Reading the list does not approve or send anything. Use the destination workspace to make the commercial decision.

If the list looks stale, refresh it. A notification is a pointer to the current object, so the destination state wins when an older notification and current record differ.

Open Search from the navigation or press Command-K on macOS or Control-K on Windows and Linux. Search can find conversations, Plans, Brands, contacts, memories, and app destinations without opening each library first.

Search results respect the current buyer organization. Switch workspaces before searching for an object owned by another organization.

Use specific names when several objects are similar. Open the result and confirm the Brand, Plan, supplier, or organization before acting.

Use the chat library

The recent list is intentionally short. Open the chat library to search conversation titles and message content, browse Active or Archived conversations, organize work under Client and Plan folders, and restore archived work.

Archiving a conversation hides it from the active list without deleting its messages. Deleting a folder moves its content up one level.

Open the Resource center

The Resource center contains customer materials for current eligible buyer workspaces. The current agency presentation can be previewed as a PDF and downloaded in the available PowerPoint, Keynote, or PDF format.

Access requires a signed-in buyer account with completed onboarding, accepted terms, an active organization, and valid workspace access. If onboarding or subscription access is incomplete, Tap redirects you to the required step instead of exposing the file.

Resource files can change. Check the displayed version and last-updated date before reusing a previous download.
