A client proposal presents the buy you recommend, with the budget and pricing detail you choose to show. It gives the client a clear decision without opening up your working campaign.
Open the client record and find Client workspace. An administrator can enter the Client admin email and choose Invite client admin. Wait until the connection shows Connected before sharing a proposal.
Choose the same client in the campaign's Details. If sharing is unavailable, ask an administrator to check the connection and your permission to send Orders.
Select the TV or radio buy, or the digital outdoor screens, that you want approved. Confirm the dates, placements, quantities, and current supplier terms. A campaign needs a selected buy before you can share it.
Check client budgets, fees, and commission first. Supplier prices are net of agency commission, so the amount you ask the client to approve may include additional charges.
The total approval is always shown. Charges that are included but not individually itemized are grouped as Fees and services; hiding a separate fee line never removes it from the total.
Use View client proposal to open the version you shared and follow the client's response. Discuss questions in the client conversation. Your private campaign and AI conversations stay separate.
If you change the recommendation or charges before ordering, use Share new version so the client can review the updated proposal. Previously shared versions keep the figures they were sent with. Once a supplier Order has been sent for the campaign, its client approval record can no longer be revised.
Client approval authorizes the proposal; it does not reserve inventory or send an Order. Review and send the supplier Order as a separate step, then wait for the supplier's confirmation. See review responses and Orders.
