Accept the agency invitation with the intended Brand account. The Brand workspace uses Tap navigation and can contain connections to more than one agency. Each relationship keeps its private proposals, conversations, and data separated.
Open the current Campaign proposal. Review the agency, Campaign summary, complete media line list, approved budget, media investment, any itemized Tap fee or agency commission, unallocated budget, and total approval. CPM and unit prices appear only when the agency's policy enables them.
An Admin or Approver can approve the complete version or choose Request changes with a required message. A normal message does not change proposal status. The approval is not an invoice, electronic signature, or payment acceptance.
When the agency shares a new version, the prior version remains available in history. Approval applies only to the complete version displayed at the time of the action.
After approval, Campaign status reflects the real Order and flight state. A Campaign can be Approved, Booking, Action needed, Confirmed, Live, or Complete. Progress such as the number of confirmed Orders remains visible so partial supplier confirmation is not presented as complete.
Open the latest proposal and share video, audio, image, HTML5, script, or PDF creative. Tap adds the file to the connected agency's creative library for this Brand and makes it available in the Campaign.
The agency still decides how the asset is assigned to booked media. New sharing requires the latest proposal and an active agency connection.
