A scheduled Tap report summarizes current deal activity and recent RFP changes: campaign actions, RFP updates, items waiting for your approval, relevant supplier and trade news, and matching supplier opportunities.
Instead of opening every Plan and RFP Exchange to check for movement, you receive one briefing focused on the cadence and sections you choose.
Turn on your report
Open Personal settings from the account menu, then choose Tap report. Turn on Send scheduled Tap reports to generate your briefing. Turn on Email notifications separately to have the finished report sent to your account email.
The two controls are independent:
Send scheduled Tap reports controls whether Tap generates your briefing.
Email notifications controls whether Tap emails the generated briefing to you.
Email notifications by itself does not schedule a report.
These settings belong to you in the active buyer workspace. Each teammate can choose their own cadence, delivery day, delivery time, time zone, email preference, and sections. Changing your report does not change another teammate's settings.
Choose a frequency
Under Delivery schedule, choose:
Daily: every local calendar day.
Weekly: once a week on the day you choose.
Monthly: the first local calendar day of each month.
When you choose Weekly, a Day field appears. Choose Wednesday or any other day of the week. Weekly and monthly reports use a longer RFP-update lookback that matches the selected cadence. Current approvals and campaign actions remain focused on what needs attention when the report runs.
Choose a time and time zone
Set a delivery time and an IANA time zone. Tap schedules the report against the local clock in that time zone. If you have not configured a time zone yet, Tap suggests the one detected from your browser.
The time zone controls the report's local date, including whether a run counts as your selected weekly day or the first day of the month. Daylight-saving changes are handled against the selected zone.
Choose what it includes
Under Report content, turn each section on or off:
Include campaign actions: delivery changes and campaign tasks.
Include RFP updates: responses and changes from suppliers.
Include approvals: items waiting for your review.
Include supplier news: relevant news about active suppliers.
Include trade press: media and advertising industry coverage.
Include opportunities: relevant supplier Deals selected for you.
At least one section must stay on. Turning off a section removes it from your future report emails. It does not change a Plan, RFP, Deal, approval, or another teammate's report.
Most activity sections summarize the workspace. Opportunities are selected separately for each recipient, so two teammates can receive different opportunities even when the rest of their reports cover the same workspace activity.
Save and receive it
Choose Save report settings after changing the schedule or content. The finished report currently arrives by email when both scheduling and email delivery are on. The old Report route sends you to these settings because there is no separate in-app report archive.
Fix common problems
No report arrives: confirm both scheduling and email notifications are on.
The report arrives on the wrong local day: check the frequency, weekly day, and time zone together.
Save is unavailable: choose at least one report section and make a change.
A teammate gets a different report: compare your personal settings. Reports are configured per recipient.
A section is empty: there may be no current activity or grounded opportunity for that section.
