Use Brands as reusable client context
Brands stores the advertiser context your organization reuses across Campaigns and Tap Agent conversations. A Brand can include its website, description, logo, styling, intelligence, files, Products, assigned teammates, associated Campaigns, and client connection.
Website checking and enrichment run separately from record creation. Review generated descriptions, images, and intelligence before relying on them.
Manage Products and assets
Products are optional reusable identities inside one Brand. Add a Product code and name, rename an active Product, or archive one that should no longer be selected. Historical Campaigns keep their saved context.
Use Brand assets for logos, guidance, and other client-specific files. Use Creatives for the organization-wide creative library. Tap supports video, audio, images, HTML5, scripts, and PDF documents up to the limit shown in the uploader.
Connect the client workspace
From a Campaign's share control, invite the client when there is no active agency connection. The invitation must be accepted before a proposal can be shared. One Brand workspace can work with several agencies while keeping each relationship and its private information separated.
After the connection is active, choose the buy and share an immutable proposal. Read Share a campaign with a client for the approval lifecycle.
Receive creatives from the client
In the Brand workspace, a client can open the latest Campaign proposal and share video, audio, image, HTML5, script, or PDF creative with the agency. Shared files are added to the agency creative library for that Brand and remain visible from the Campaign.
Only the latest proposal and an active agency connection can receive new client creative. Agency teammates still decide how a creative is assigned to confirmed media. A supplier can review an assignment but does not choose the buyer creative.
Archive and delete carefully
Archiving a Product or creative removes it from normal active selection without rewriting history. Approved creative assignments can protect an asset from archival until the assignment is changed.
Brand deletion is permanent. Review Campaigns, conversations, Products, memories, assets, and the agency connection before approving it. Use folders and assignment when the goal is organization rather than deletion.
