Use Brands as reusable planning context

Brands stores the advertiser context your organization reuses across Plans and Agent conversations. A Brand can include its website, description, logo, favicon, styling, intelligence, assets, Products, assigned teammates, and associated Plans.

Create a Brand from the library or add its website during onboarding. The website check and enrichment run separately from the initial record, so a Brand can exist while enrichment is still pending or incomplete.

Review enrichment

Open a Brand and check its primary website and last website-check state. Enrichment can add a logo, favicon, description, marketing intelligence, and styling suggestions. Review these results before relying on them in a Plan. A partial result is still editable.

If the website is wrong, update it and run the available check again. If enrichment fails, keep the Brand and add the important context manually.

Manage Products

Products are reusable commercial identities inside one Brand. Add a Product code and Product name, then select that Product on the Plan when the campaign is product-specific.

You can rename an active Product or archive one that should no longer be chosen. Archiving removes it from normal selection without rewriting historical Plans that already used it.

Manage Brand assets and styling

Use the Brand asset section for logos, guidance, and other files that should stay with the Brand. Set the primary visual context and review the styling stored for future artifacts. Keep files factual and current; deleting or replacing a Brand asset does not change files already copied into an external deliverable.

Use the team section to assign Brand ownership. Brand assignment helps Mine filters and collaboration, but does not replace organization permissions.

Use the creative library

Open Creatives for the organization-wide library, or open the creative section inside a Brand or Plan.

You can upload video, audio, images, HTML5, scripts, or PDF documents up to 25 MB. Tag an asset to a Brand, filter by Brand or asset type, preview the stored file, and archive an asset you no longer want in the active library.

A creative can be attached to a line item after the proposal is accepted. Assigning it resets that assignment to pending review. A supplier can review an assignment but does not choose the buyer creative.

An approved assignment protects its asset from archival. Remove or replace the approved assignment before trying to archive that creative.

Delete a Brand carefully

Brand deletion is permanent and can remove Tap-owned Brand context. Review associated Plans, conversations, Products, memories, and assets first. The Tap Agent and public buyer MCP require explicit approval for this action.

If you only need to stop using a Product, archive the Product instead of deleting the whole Brand. If you need to organize current work, use folders and assignment rather than deleting history.
