Tap connects buyers, clients, and suppliers through one media transaction record. It helps teams turn a campaign goal into an RFP, compare supplier responses, obtain client approval when needed, and choose a human-approved path to booking.
Tap is not a DSP, SSP, or replacement for professional judgment. The Tap Agent can research, draft, compare, and coordinate, while people approve the actions that contact another party or create a commercial commitment.
Broadcast work follows this path:
Campaign → RFP → Response → Confirm → Book → Track
These are the buyer campaign stages. Suppliers work from a timeline with private response actions and shared request, response, Order, creative, and Post-Buy history.
Digital out-of-home work follows a purpose-built path:
Campaign → DOOH allocation → DOOH RFP → supplier response
| Object | What it means |
|---|---|
| Campaign | The buyer workspace for objectives, budget, flight, markets, channels, team, source material, and transaction history. |
| RFP | A structured buyer request. Broadcast RFPs create a separate station conversation and response history for every recipient. |
| Response | A supplier's versioned set of orderable broadcast options. Its draft stays private until submission. |
| Selected buy | The quantities and media mix the buyer chooses in Confirm. It can be shared with a client before Orders are placed. |
| Client proposal | An immutable campaign and financial snapshot shared with a connected Brand workspace for approval or requested changes. |
| Order | The buyer's commercial request to one station. A sent Order is immutable and the supplier confirms or declines it. |
| Post-Buy | The delivery summary submitted against a confirmed RFP-backed Order. |
| Deal | A supplier-created opportunity that can be public or sent directly to selected buyer contacts. |

Tap currently supports in-product transaction paths for radio, TV, and digital out-of-home. Recommendations for other media remain planning advice until a matching transaction path is available.
