Select Place order, then choose one booking method.
Tap sends each immutable Order to the supplier for confirmation. The Campaign keeps supplier decisions, status, and delivery tracking together. The Tap fee is invoiced after each supplier confirms.
The supplier can confirm or decline the complete Order. An Ordered request can be withdrawn before the supplier decides.
Tap does not send the Orders. Your team accepts responsibility for booking and tracking in Prisma / Mediaocean or another system and must select the acknowledgement before Book externally is enabled.
Excel and Prisma / Mediaocean templates remain available from each externally booked Order. Complete or confirm highlighted fields before import. Recording external booking in Tap does not prove that the external platform accepted the Order.
The same Tap booking fee applies to both methods. Tap booking makes the fee invoiceable after supplier confirmation. External booking makes it invoiceable when the buyer confirms external tracking. Supplier media billing remains between buyer and supplier.
Financials reports the applicable media and Tap fee using the confirmed or externally tracked transaction state.
