What is a Client account on Tap?
A Client account is a free account tier designed for people who receive proposals from agencies, sellers, or other advertisers on Tap. It gives recipients a non-competitive environment to review and respond without being pulled into the planning marketplace.
**Client accounts can:**
- View and respond to proposals (approve, comment, request changes)
- Apply a payment method or apply for credit
- Manage invoices and billing
- Review plans they've been sent
- Receive Post-Campaign Reports
- Manage creative assets, briefs, and creative service orders
- Add team members
**Client accounts cannot:**
- Use the AI planner
- Plan and book directly
- Edit or cancel a plan
- Search Tap's supplier inbox or marketplace
- Use Brand Intelligence
- Use My Deals (private rates)
- Access the Tap API
If a Client account holder later wants to plan and book their own campaigns, they can upgrade to a standard subscription from the dashboard.
