How do teams work on Tap?
Tap supports team-based workspaces so multiple people in your organisation can collaborate. There are two account types:
- **Standard** — full access to the AI planner, marketplace, deals, and direct booking. This is the default for advertisers and agencies.
- **Client** — a free, read-and-respond tier for people who only need to view and approve proposals sent to them. See "What is a Client account on Tap?" for details.
Within a workspace you can invite team members and assign roles: **admin, finance, manager, buyer, creative, seller, viewer**. Each role has specific authorities for booking, payment, and creative services. Team members share workspace billing (seat-based subscription), and each member maintains their own business profile.
